Biography

Mr. Kim is the founding member of Yuyool Law. He is also an Of Counsel of Mirae Law, located in Illinois and New Jersey. As an Of Counsel of Mirae Law, he focuses on areas such as commercial litigation and business transactions, including shareholder agreements.

Prior to establishing Yuyool Law, he worked at Schmeiser Olsen and Watts, an intellectual property law firm, as a litigation associate. While working at this firm, he experienced in various aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark infringement and enforcement litigation, trademark prosecution including opposition, and IP transactions.

During his law school years, he interned for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits of New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan for about a year. While interning for the judge, he drafted more than 10 judicial decisions, some of which have been published on Westlaw and Lexis Nexis after being lightly edited by the judge.
